If you are an owner, operator, and/or resident of a building with four or more units (condo-owner associations are eligible), call 800.762.7077 to speak with a multi-family residential program representative about scheduling a no-cost energy assessment. Completed energy-efficiency improvements may qualify for Cash-Back Rewards from Focus on Energy. Eligibility is based on your electric and gas utility providers.
If your condo is in a one- to three-unit building you can receive a home energy evaluation through Focus on Energy's Home Performance with ENERGY STAR® Program; you may also qualify for Cash-Back Rewards for completing the recommended work!
