You will need to send in certain information by 3/31.
You will need to send in a copy of the invoice or sales receipt with a completed 2009 Energy-Efficient Water Heater Cash-Back Reward application by March 31, 2010. Please call us at 800.762.7077 or send us an e-mail at Focusinfo@focusonenergy.com for the application.
