I am looking for incentives to replace 75% efficient gearboxes used in food service conveyors or warehouse conveyors with gearboxes that are 97% efficient. Are there incentives available through Focus on Energy to assist me with this upgrade?

Your energy advisor will likely ask the following questions: What type of building are you in? Where are looking to replace gear boxes? What is the total connected load? What other factors are influencing your decision? Is there a code minimum for the installation of new gearboxes? What is the incremental cost to go to a 97% efficient gearbox over a ‘standard efficiency’ gearbox?
