How is Focus on Energy funded?
Mostly from Wisconsin public utility customers.
Funding comes from the "Non-taxable Fixed Charge" that appears on the monthly electric bills of residential and non-residential, public utility customers. Focus on Energy also receives base level funding from the utilities collected through Public Service Commission established utility rates.
