Yes, provided they meet some requirements.
Currently, Focus on Energy offers a Cash-Back Reward for water heaters provided they meet the following requirements:
• Installed in a participating Wisconsin natural gas utility territory
• Energy factor (EF) of 0.64 or higher
• Power-vented unit
There may also be federal tax incentives to install this type of system.
