Tankless water heaters don't necessarily provide hot water faster.

The time it takes to get hot water from the tank to the fixture is the same for tank or tankless water heaters. If you feel that it currently takes a long time for hot water to arrive at your faucet, a re-circulating line and pump can be used to provide instantaneous hot water at the fixture.
