We own a multi-family property of 50 tax-credit apartments and are considering replacing all of our light fixtures with ENERGY STAR® qualified fixtures. We are also a nonprofit so tax incentives don't really help us. What incentives or rebates are available for us? How would we go about claiming these rebates?
We currently offer a $30 incentive.
The Focus on Energy Multi-Family Housing Program currently offers a $30 incentive on the purchase and installation of ENERGY STAR® qualified, pin-based CFL light fixtures. You can download a copy of the incentive claim form from our Web site. Just follow the directions on the form to claim the incentive. .
