June, July, and August are peak demand summer months.
According to Focus on Energy custom financial incentives, peak kW is determined by the average kW load reduction occurring between 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. on weekdays during the summer months of June, July, and August. The peak demand reduction is an average over the hours and summer months indicated.
